[摘要] This Norm, consisting of 12 articles, establishes the technical guidelines for environmental licensing of grain husking activity (only for fixed husking machine). These technical guidelines aim at regulating the environmental licensing of the above mentioned activities and specify the related requirements to be met not associated with mechanical drying, must be observed, in addition to other applicable rules.
