Regional Law No. 171 “On plenary powers of local government in the sphere of protection of public health”.

[摘要] This Regional Law grants to the local government the following plenary powers in the sphere of protection of public health: (a) free provision of low income families with many dependent children under three years of age that are not attending infant schools with milk and dairy products; and (b) free provision of pregnant and nursing women with low income or with many dependent children with foodstuffs for special dietary uses.
