[摘要] This Act consists of 7 Chapters that contain 28 paragraphs. This Act provides the rates of the charge to be paid for release of pollutants or waste into the environment and the procedure for calculation and payment of the charge. The objective of establishing a pollution charge is to prevent and reduce possible damage caused by the release of pollutants or waste into the environment.
