Notification No. 2018/7 on environmental protection control for imported solid fuel.

[摘要] This Notification sets forth principles and procedures of inspection on imported solid fuel according to the environmental protection standards. This Notification shall apply to the imported solid fuels which are listed in Annex-I and subject to release free for circulation. This Notification sets forth provisions on importer, compliance inspection, customs procedures, sanctions and related measures.
