[摘要] Article 16 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Compliance certificates issued in foreign states and attesting compliance and also foreign compliance assessment systems shall be officially recognized in Latvia in case of existence between Latvia and the respective state mutual agreement on acknowledgement of compliance assessment system”.
