Decree No. 69 of the Ministry of Energy validating the Regulation on terms and conditions of equipment of users and producers of electric energy with electric energy metering devices.

[摘要] This Decree establishes the duties of consumers of electric energy and of the public utilities service provider supplying electric energy to residential consumers, establishes the modalities of payments for electric supply, and regulates other issued related to use of electric energy for residential purposes. Electric energy supply and consumption shall be regulated by purchase and sale contracts.
