[摘要] The first part of this Act amends 82 points of the Act on the protection of nature and landscapes. In particular, the Act establishes provisions concerning protection of habitats (art. 6 of the amended Act), European network of protected areas (art. 28), exceptions to the conditions of protected areas and buffer zones (art. 29), provisions concerning protected plants (art. 34) and protected animals (art. 35).
