[摘要] This Presidential Decree approves the Regulation of the National Integrated System for Maritime Traffic Control (SNICTM/VTS). This Regulation, consisting of 53 articles, divided into six Chapters and 3 Annexes, aims at contributing to national maritime safety, prevention of accidents and marine pollution. It establishes the organs and their competencies, the criteria and co-ordination procedures, operational and technical requirements of equipment and assistance allocated to monitoring services
