Commercial Vessels Regulations (L.N. No. 284 of 2002).

[摘要] These Regulations shall regulate the use, operation and safety of commercial vessels (defined in article 3 which are present in the ports, internal waters or territorial waters of Malta, but they do not apply to fishing boats. Article 11 provides for the granting of a Commercial Vessel Operator’s Licence by the Executive Director responsible for ports. Articles 39 to 48 concern the prevention of pollution by vessels to which these Regulations apply.
