Decree of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health on Inspection Procedures under the Gene Technology Act (No. 198 of 2007).

[摘要] This Decree provides for the inspection procedures relating to the contained use of and the deliberate release into the environment of genetically modified organisms as required by the Gene Technology Act. It sets out the form and content of inspection visits and written reports. The Decree also concerns collaboration by inspectors and updating of the gene technology register.
