[摘要] This Provincial Act supplements Provincial Act No. 28 of 1988 (which regulates Environmental Impact Assessment) by inserting new provisions concerning the interventions to be undertaken at the provincial level as regards climate change. Special measures regard the setting up of a monitoring system and a research institute.
