[摘要] The Decree establishes the composition of the Commission, which shall consist of permanent and non permanent members. The duties of the Commission are relevant to the drawing up of guidelines and programmes for the environmental impact assessment of integrated/multisectoral activities. Further provisions establish the criteria to be followed by the Commission for the fulfilment of its duties.
