[摘要] This Decree amends the Decree concerning the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry in article 2 which lists offices, agencies and other bodies that fall within the administration sphere of the Ministry. The Ministry shall be responsible for the administration of all listed institutes and shall be responsible for supervising and monitoring the Regional State Administrative Agencies and Environment Centres on matters for which it is competent and the Finnish Environment Institute in matters pertain
