Regional Law No. 110/2005-OZ "On protection of the population and the territory against natural and technological disasters".

[摘要] This Regional Law delimits plenary powers between regional state bodies in the sphere of protection of the population against natural and technological disasters. Regional executive bodies and local bodies shall inform the population through early warning system of the state of protection of the population and the territory, outbreak of emergencies and disasters, and mitigation of the consequences thereof.
