Decision No. 10/2006/QD-BTNMT promulgating the Regulation on certification of thorough pollution treatment of seriously polluting establishments under the Prime Minister's Decision No. 64/2003/QD-TTg.

[摘要] The Regulation lays down conditions and procedures to certify seriously polluting establishments which have completed thorough pollution treatment. The establishments are required to reach national environmental standards. Certification application dossiers shall be submitted to provincial/municipal Natural Resources and Environment Services.
