[摘要] Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Agricultural chemicals shall be considered fertilizers of chenical or biological origin, chemical ameliorants, fodder additives destined for plant nutrition, regulation of soil fertility and additional feeding of animals. This concept shall not be applicable to peat.”
