[摘要] These Regulations give effect to Directive 2003/35/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council providing for public participation in respect of the drawing up of certain plans and programmes relating to the environment. They amend legislation in the field of water resources management and the environment. The amendments mainly concern publication of decisions regarding applications and judicial review.
