Act V of 2016: Environment and Planning Review Tribunal Act.

[摘要] This Act sets up an independent and impartial tribunal, to be known as the Environment and Planning Review Tribunal, for the purpose of reviewing the decisions of the Planning Authority and the decisions of the Environment and Resources Authority, and for the purpose of exercising any other jurisdiction and function conferred on the Tribunal.
