[摘要] This Decree concerns the application for a permit as mentioned in artcile 8 of the Antarctic Protection Act. The application may also concern the introduction of plants and animals as mentioned in Appendice B to the Annex II of the Protocol to the Antarctic Treaty on Environmental Protection.
