[摘要] This Decree establishes the modalities of international and internal truck transportation of hazardous substances, classification of hazardous substances and hazardous substances authorized for transportation by trucks, the modalities of preparation of carriages for transportation of hazardous substances, the modalities of issuance of accompanying certificate and the modalities of acceptance and delivery of cargo.
