Regulation on general inspection and certification of ships.

[摘要] This Regulation sets forth procedures and principles of general inspection and certification in order to ensure that the structure, equipment, systems, fittings, arrangements and material of ships fully comply with the national legislation and as well as with the international conventions related to maritime safety and prevention of marine pollution.
