[摘要] The Pesticides listed in the First Schedule are hereby approved for use in The Gambia; the pesticides listed in the Second Schedule are hereby given provisional clearance for one year. The pesticides are cleared by the Chemicals and Pesticides Control Management Board under paragraph [2] of section 3 of the Act. The present Order consists of 3 articles and two Schedules.
