[摘要] The main object of this Act is to improve the efficiency and management of the use of energy, and the conservation of energy, in relation to particular businesses and other activities. The regulator is the chief executive and he may give an energy provider a written notice requiring the provider to give the regulator the name and address of, and the amount of energy used by, any customer the energy provider has supplied with 10 terajoules or more of energy, but less than 500 terajoules of energy
