[摘要] This Decree designates the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology as the federal institution responsible for elaborating state policy on the study, management, reproduction, protection and conservation of natural resources, including subsoil, water bodies, forests located on the territory of protected areas, wildlife (except for species subject to hunting), safety in the process of utilization of nuclear energy, environmental monitoring and pollution, protected areas and environmental audit.
