[摘要] This Decree amends the Decree containing rules relative to prevention of pollution by ships in article 29 relative to the discharge of oil or oily mixtures as indicated in Annex I of the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships, 1973. The Decree also applies specific regulations of the Annex I to the Gulf area.
