Act amending the Renewable Energies Sources Act.

[摘要] The present Act introduces some amendments to the Renewable Energies Sources Act (BGBl. I p. 1218). In particular, the Act amends article 65 concerning procedures for EEG apportionment of transport on track railways; article 66 dealing with applications for new enterprises; and to article 100 some words are added concerning a reference to the Renewable Energy Act. The text consists of 2 articles.
