Marine (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1995 (S.I. No. 33 of 1995).

[摘要] This Order confers powers and duties of the Minister of the Marine specified in national Acts, insofar as they relate to inland fisheries, aquaculture and the marine environment, to the Minister of State at the Department of the Marine. The legislation includes the Marine Institute Act, 1991, the Sea Pollution Act, 1991 and the Dumping at Sea Act, 1981.
