[摘要] This Act consists of 43 articles divided into 7 Chapters and 2 Annexes. Chapter II concerns the preservation of the marine and coastal environment from pollution. Chapter III is devoted to interventions in case of incidents involving substances that may create a hazard to the marine environment.
