[摘要] This Decree approves the Regulation of the Institute for the Development of Northern and Northeastern Minas Gerais (IDENE). This Regulation, consisting of 44 articles divided into 13 Chapters, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Institute, created by Law No. 14.171 of 15 January 2002. IDENE has administrative and financial autonomy and is linked to the State Secretariat for Development and Integration of the North and Northeast of Minas Gerais (SEDINOR). I
