[摘要] Article 4 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Bodies of the territorial subsystem of the unified federal early warning system and mitigation of the consequences of natural and technological disasters shall be responsible for the forecast of the outbreak of natural and technological disasters, and assessment of socio-economic consequences thereof”.
