Ministerial Decree No. 1459 validating the list of poisons the manufacture, processing, transportation, purchase, storage, trade, use and disposal of which shall be subject to licensing.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree implements the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production, Stockpiling, and Use of Chemical Weapons and on their Destruction. This Ministerial Decree contains a list of hazardous substances classified in three categories: A, B and C. In relation to category A, the operations regarding hazardous substances shall be regulated by the provisions of the Convention and by national law ratifying the Convention.
