[摘要] These Regulations amend the Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009 in the definition of an “offshore installation” and designate the Department of the Environment as the authority that must enforce the principal Regulations in relation to offshore installations used for the production of energy from water or wind in Northern Ireland’s territorial waters.
