Climate Change Levy (General) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 (S.I. No. 3049 of 2012).

[摘要] These Regulations amend the Climate Change Levy (General) Regulations 2001 in regulation 51A and the Second Schedule in relation with obligations and certification relating outputs of combined heat and power (CHP) stations. They are made to take account of the removal of the exemption for indirect supplies of electricity produced in such stations.
