Regional Law No. 124-OZ “On tourism”.

[摘要] This Regional Law lays down legal grounds for promotion of tourism thus ensuring exercise of right of citizens to recreation, free movement and access to historical and cultural heritage. Regional Government shall perform the following plenary powers: (a) implementation of state policy in the sphere of tourism; (b) ensuring access to tourist resources; (c) registration of tourist resources; and (d) improvement of institutional management structure in the sphere of tourism.
