Environment Charge Ordinance.

[摘要] The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the levying of fees and expenses for the use of services of the Bavarian State Office for Health and Safety of Food. Article 3 lays down services free of charge and article 4 deals with the amount of fees. The texte consists of 7 articles.
