Regional Decree No. 13/2007/A regulating the Regional Secretary for Environment and Sea (SRAM).

[摘要] This Regional Decree is composed of four articles and two Annexes. It approves the Statute and Organization Chart of the Regional Secretary for Environment and Sea (SRAM), a body of Azores Regional Government in charge for implementing environmental, marine and fishery regional policies. The annexed Statute is composed of four Chapters divided in 90 articles. It defines SRAM mission, legal status and competences. Moreover, it regulates staff organization.
