[摘要] This Decree on the organization, competence and functioning of the State Council for Environment (CONEMA) within the State of Rio de Janeiro. It consists of 17 articles establishing composition, competencies and duties of the above mentioned environmental Institution, entitled to give advice on the guidelines of the Environmental State Policy and its implementation and the management of the environmental sector within the State of Rio de Janeiro.
