Environment Tax Act (R.S.P.E.I. 1988, c. E-8.3).
[摘要] This Act provides for the taxation of every purchaser of tires for motor vehicles. The tax has to be paid also when any motor vehicle is bought and registered in the Province. Section 1.3 spells out exemption to the payment of the tax and section 2 specifies that the tax has to be paid also in case the vehicle to be registered has been bought outside the Province.
