Decree-Law No. 166/2008 approving the legal regime on the National Ecological System (REN).

[摘要] This Decree-Law is composed of 38 articles and three Annexes. It provides the new legal system for the National Ecological Reserve (REN), whose goals are to improve the sustainability of number of defined areas with the view to protect them from pollution and human abuse. This Decree-Law repeals Decree-Law No. 93/90 creating the National Ecological Reserve.
