Law No. 2608-VI amending Law No. 1775-III of 2000 on licensing of certain types of economic activity.

[摘要] Article 9 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Licensing of the following shall be regulated by special laws: (a) international trade; (b) electric and nuclear energy; (c) intellectual property rights; and (d) manufacturing and trade of ethyl alcohol, hard liquors and tobacco”.
