Environment and Land Court Act, 2011 (Cap. 12A).

[摘要] This Act establishes the Environment and Land Court pursuant to Article 162 (2)(b) of the Constitution. The principal objective of the Act is to enable the Court to facilitate the just, expeditious, proportionate and accessible resolution of disputes governed by this Act.
