[摘要] The aim of the present Act is to ensure the continued operation and modernization of existing CHP (Combined Heat and Power) plants for district heating supply. Article 2 establishes that the Act regulates the nationwide uniform distribution of subsidies to cover costs resulting from generation of electricity in CHP plants.
