Environment Protection and Improvement Fund Act, 2017.

[摘要] This Act establishes the Environmental Protection and Improvement Fund and imposes an environmental levy on by each visitor arriving in the Virgin Islands by air or sea. The Minister shall direct that the monies of the Fund be applied towards (a) activities related to (i) environmental protection and improvement; (ii) climate change, and other matters affecting the environment; (b) the maintenance and development of tourist sites and other tourism related activities throughout the Territory; and
