[摘要] These Regulations amend the European Communities (Access to Information on the Environment) Regulations 2007 in regulation 15 for the purpose of ensuring that Ireland complies with the provisions of Directive 2003/4/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on public access to environmental information, in particular the requirement that the review procedure is accessible to all.
