[摘要] The present Ordinance introduces some substantial amendments to the Upper Austria Electricity and Electricity Organization Law 2006. In particular, the Ordinance rewords, inter alia, article 2 on Definition of terms; article 6 on Authorization; article 24 on Concession; article 29 on Duties of operators; article 51 on Supply of electricity; article 63 on Penalties.
