[摘要] Item 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Conduct of negotiations by the federal executive bodies, State nuclear energy corporation “Rosatom” and the Russian exporters with the foreign states, international organizations and foreign persons with a view of conclusion of agreements on export or joint management of nuclear materials, equipment and the corresponding technologies shall be carried out exclusively in conformity with the governmental decisions.”
