Gas Grid Access Ordinance.

[摘要] The present Ordinance implements the Energy Industry Act of 7 July 2005 (BGBl. I p. 1970). The present Ordinance lays down terms on which networker operators grant network users according to article 20(1) of the afore-mentioned Energy Industry Act access to their networks including the feeding of biogas as well as the connection of biogas plants to the distributions nets.
