Regional Act No. 44 rearranging environmental controls and setting up the Regional Agency for Environmental Prevention (ARPA) in Emilia-Romagna

[摘要] The Regional Agency for Environmental Prevention (ARPA) is hereby set up for the purpose of contributing to protection of the environment in the Emilia Romagna Region, in conjunction with local health authorities, the National Agency for the Protection of the Environment (ANPA) as well as the European Environment Agency. The tasks and duties of the ARPA are listed in article 5. Article 19 states the right to have access to environmental information.
