Regulation amending the Regulation on permits and licences foreseen by the Environment Act.

[摘要] This Regulation amends article 17 of the Regulation on permits and licences foreseen by the Environment Act. The amened article sets forth the date of entry into force and it is amended, 'This Regulation enters into force on 1 April 2010. The Regulation further appends a provisional clause on the procedures of permits and licences under the responsibility of the Ministry and municipalities.
