Implementing Regulation relating to the Law on the Power Station Obwalden.

[摘要] The present Regulation implements the Law of 11 September 2004 on the Power Station Obwalden. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the efficient and correct enforcement of the afore-mentioned Law. The text consists of 15 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: Election of the Board of directors (1); Supervision over the Power Station Obwalden (2); Annual report, financial statement, audit (3); Interest of the endowment capital (4); Final provisions (5).
